ABOUT ALLEGIANT ACADEMY
Allegiant Academy was born from the shared vision of seven homeschool families in North County San Diego, who recognized the absence of a co-op high school program offering robust Biblical education centered on family. With God’s guidance and months of dedicated planning, this dream became reality when we launched in fall 2024. We thank God for nearly doubling our student body for the 2025-2026 school year and for building out our incredible staff to support this growth.
In response to America’s broken educational system—marked by unprecedented rates of anxiety, depression, and atheism among youth—Allegiant Academy creates a supportive environment for the whole family, delivering a revolutionary, personalized learning model aligned with Christian values.
Serving 9th-12th graders, we provide a rich curriculum that equips students to think critically, discern truth from falsehood, live faithfully, and impact the world for God’s Kingdom.
Our Unique Hybrid Model:
Allegiant Academy’s unique hybrid model combines brick-and-mortar on-campus learning with home-based education, featuring two required campus days per week, an optional third-day study hall, and 2-3 days of independent home learning. This structure helps high school students build a vibrant community at the academy while staying rooted in individual family rhythms.
Curricula:
At Allegiant Academy, we utilize My Father’s World curriculum, a comprehensive, gospel-centered plan that integrates a biblical worldview into every subject for grades 9-12. This curriculum covers all core studies such as Bible study, history, literature, and English/language arts, while incorporating government, economics, and geography in upper levels; it follows a classical structure of grammar, logic, and rhetoric, blending unit studies, Charlotte Mason principles, and hands-on activities to help students view the world through God’s eyes, foster critical thinking, and build a strong faith foundation alongside academic rigor. Math and science are also fully covered with a commitment to helping our students develop a solid understanding of all topics.
Committed Goals of Allegiant Academy:
- Foster a strong community within discipleship-focused environment.
- Ensure students meet high school graduation requirements while viewing academics as important stewardship
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the gospel in context of world history helping students understand their identity in Christ and in the ultimate redemption story of history.
- Build robust apologetics skills, enabling students to easily discern truth from lies with tools to respond and contend for the truth with love.
- Offer strategic partnerships with incredible local high school arts and sports programs.
- Nurture and develop students’ individual gifts
- Strengthen students and families through on and off-campus events: chapel, student dances, community service projects, tutoring club, field trips, beach days and more!
- Help support students for post-graduation paths, such as trade school, traditional or unaccredited Christian colleges, military service, or other directions.
- Support parents in continuing home-based education through high school.
Join us at Allegiant Academy as we continue to build a transformative community where faith, education, and family intersect to raise up a generation of bold, Christ-centered leaders ready to change the world.
